Working with AXEN means taking part in several meetings with the project team, the AMS Manager and the Business Manager. We report to our partners at every stage of the project in a precise manner.

Stage 1 - Defining the project
Presentation of the project & defining Axen’s role

Stage 2 - Technical proposal
Proposal regarding methodology, calendar and technological options; appraisal of the schedule.

Stage 3 - Start-up of the project
Introduction of the team, the methodology, the calendar and the organisation; setting of the first objectives.

Stage 4 - Revision of the project
Assessment of the objectives set at the previous meeting; analysis of the issues dealt with during the period; submission of a project progress report; definition of the following objectives; recommendation on the project environment.

Stage 5 - End of the project
Submission of the project report, the final recommendations and explanation of the implemented solutions.
