Once we have received your CV and covering letter, your application is passed to the person best placed to introduce you to the relevant AXEN departments
The recruitment process is made up of three or four interviews.
  • Location: Amsterdam, Brussels, Paris, Geneva or Lyon.
  • Format: The interviews are open discussions designed to let us get to know each other. We give you an overview of AXEN, consulting as a profession and the potential position. You tell us about your qualifications, experience and expectations. There's no technical test; you just have to be yourself. Your personality and motivation will do the rest.
A word of advice: Be selective! You should think about the experience and fulfilment that a new job can bring you, together with the human environment, before you choose which company you would like to work for.
