The job of Manager at Axen is complex and multi-faceted. It is for this reason, but also
to guarantee the success of each new manager, that a complete integration process has been put in place.
This process includes several successive training cycles:
- Cycle 1 - the advanced technology consultancy market: AXEN and the group's
- Cycle 2 - the job of manager
- Cycle 3 - communication and management techniques
These three cycles cover each part of the manager's job, both through theoretical aspects and
simulations of practical cases. Training lasts for two months and is supplemented by reminders
in the form of video exercises each quarter. It calls on both the group's internal know-how and
training specialists for executive officers.
Finally, and this is probably the most important thing, becoming a manager at AXEN above all means
receiving the assurance of close, operational training throughout the first year, until managers becomes
independent and coach themselves!
