Pierre, consultant: AXEN is a reflection of its employees and as AXEN is growing all the time, we need to constantly adapt..."
Why did you join AXEN?
To take part in an ambitious challenge: helping with the structuring of a rapidly growing company, focusing on Consultant motivation.
What do you like about AXEN?
A lot of things, but what I like compared with my previous experiences is above all the fabulous atmosphere, the personal commitment of every employee to their work and to that of others, and working with experts who are not afraid of a challenge.
How do you see your future?
I don't see my future in terms of an objective to be reached or a future position, but as a way of behaving. Imagine if we were on a boat; I wouldn't specifically head for Hawaii or Tahiti; instead I would tend to be drawn to a quiet sea and a good wind... Especially if the sun was shining)
How were you integrated within AXEN?
The process is still taking place... AXEN is a reflection of its employees and as AXEN is growing all the time, we need to constantly adapt. This constant questioning is teaching me a great deal.

AXEN in the press: "Pharmaceutical sector and the role of IT within it." DataNews

"AXEN has been able to make its knowledge of the pharmaceutical sector profitable. From its Brussels head office, in the last few years the company has carried out projects in three of the world's four largest pharmaceutical laboratories, including the Belgian market leader".
