Audrey, consultant "My future will no doubt lie in the field of project management and participation in centres of expertise, in order to learn as much as possible"
Why did you join AXEN?
For the chance to participate in various projects that match my professional aspirations.
What do you like about AXEN?
The diversity of profiles and people. Everyone is open, highly qualified and concerned with making office life an agreable experience where the joint work is enriching. There is good contact at all levels, between managers, consultants, and senior management.
This idea of partnership is applied both internally and to our customers, with whom we build a relationship of trust, based on quality of service.
Besides this attitude, AXEN offers a lot of internal training opportunities via training courses, centres of expertise and internal projects (AMS). At a more international level, the group also offers opportunities in Europe through its subsidiaries.
How do you see your future?
My future will no doubt lie in the field of project management and participation in centres of expertise, in order to learn as much as possible.
How were you integrated within AXEN?
When I arrived, in the morning, after being introduced to all my new colleagues, the internal processes and AMS' operating principles were presented to me, then during the afternoon I directly initiated a project. Once the project had been launched, there was regular monitoring of the project's state of progress by AXEN, along with the AMS department.
