Alfred, consultant "AXEN works on major projects: whatever the projects undertaken, you are sure of working on large-scale, up to date issues"
Why did you join AXEN?
This is a dynamic company with significant growth prospects. AXEN works with all the new technologies and therefore offers many possibilities for enrichment.
What do you think about AXEN?
AXEN works on major projects: whatever the projects undertaken, you are sure of working on large-scale, up-to-date issues.
One of AXEN's strengths: consultants only work on projects that motivate them. I also appreciate the spirit of cohesion and solidarity; I feel it directly in my work; there is real support between consultants. Finally, there is the social life after work, thanks to the possibilities provided for meeting outside the work environment, such as sports events, for example.
How do you see your future?
Well, the future's looking good. AXEN has the advantage of offering me a wide range of possibilities, in terms of the diversity of both the job roles and fields involved. What's more, AXEN aims to grow and expand internationally. With my adventurous spirit I would very much like to be one of the AXEN pioneers who leave for new horizons.
How were you integrated within AXEN?
AXEN doesn't hang about. Before I even started work I received an invitation to a company party. I met a lot of consultants, which made my introduction into the company easier and also built relations with others when I needed support.
